Chris: The Man Behind Huîtres en Mouvement™

Christopher joined the seafood industry at a very young age.

Chris later discovered his passion for oysters and has honored his craft as an oyster shucker ever since.

After years of experience in the industry and working with oyster farms, he made it his mission to introduce new approaches to the art of oyster presentation—for everyone to enjoy.

This is his true calling.
